If you have a UK law degree, a GDL or CPE, and want to become a Solicitor, there is still time to complete your vocational training via the traditional route with Northumbria University’s LPC.
Northumbria’s LPC provides vocational training across a range of subjects and skills, enabling you to apply your legal knowledge in a practical context. This highly regarded course is approved by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) as a training route and offers flexible learning options to allow you to choose a specialism that is right for you. The LPC course therefore offers you the chance to study the areas of law you are most interested in, whilst preparing you to become a solicitor.

Eligibility requirements
Min. 2:2 UK qualifying law degree/CPE/GDL/CILEx students with exemption from CPE.
QLD or GDL must have been awarded less than 7 years ago.
In addition all LPC applicants must fall within the SRA's transitional arrangements.
