You are eligible for a refund within 14 days of paying application fee.
Your application has not been released to CILEX.

What this means
You have submitted your form.
You can no longer amend your form; any changes need to be made by LawCAB.
You cannot create a new form for the same course.
You are no longer eligible for a refund of your application fee.
A membership approval request has been sent to CILEX but approval has not yet been provided.
Form status
Released
What this means
CILEX has approved your request for membership.
Your cannot amend your form; any changes need to be made by LawCAB.
You cannot create a new form for the same course.
You are not eligible for an application fee refund.
Your application for CGQ is released and now with CILEX.
Form status
Closed
What this means
Your application is closed on the system.
No further changes can be made to it.
You can create a new application form to apply for the same course for a new academic year.
