We're the only Russell Group university in the UK to offer a range of professional legal training courses for those who wish to become a solicitor or barrister.

Cardiff Professional Legal Studies offers the Solicitors Practice Course LLM (SPC LLM)  for graduates wishing to become solicitors, and the Bar Training Course (BTC) for graduates wishing to pursue a career as a barrister.

The SPC LLM  and the BTC can be studied either as part of an LLM or as a separate postgraduate diploma.

We also offer the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL), which is a law conversion course for non-law graduates.
