Course information

This course is designed to prepare you for SQE 1. Our tutors will work with you to develop your essential legal skills whilst also preparing you for an assessment in which you will draw on your existing substantive legal knowledge and learn how to blend it with procedure to solve practical legal problems.

For those applying for part-time courses, please note that students are required to attend teaching on campus in Nottingham but also complete some work independently in-between teaching weekends.

Course length

Full-time (6 months) or part-time (5 weekends over one academic year). 

Eligibility requirements

A recent minimum 2:2 undergraduate law degree to include a pass in each of the 7 foundations of law in England and Wales or a 2:2 undergraduate degree and have recently acquired the equivalent knowledge and level of attainment of these 7 foundations of law through a recognised course.
